I became a Chartered Building Surveyor in 2009 shortly after completing my degree in Building Surveying. I have a wide range of experience including: working in London for a commercial firm of Building Surveyors and Project Managers looking after projects such as office refurbishments for clients and undertaking Dilapidations and Party Wall Surveying roles; working for a small company of Chartered Surveyors project managing insurance reinstatement works following defects caused by insurable losses such as fires, flooding and lightning strikes; designing and coordinating works to improve access to and within disabled people's homes; designing and project managing repair and refurbishment works to community hospitals and health centres. Since 2015 I have been carrying out Residential Surveys and Valuations of hundreds of homes of all shapes, ages and sizes across Cornwall and some of Devon.
