Help to Buy Valuations

Prices start from £200 (No VAT Payable). Dependent on the size, type, age and condition of the property, which I will assess before providing you with a quotation.

An independent Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Registered Valuer assessment of the market value of the property. Typically required when selling a Help to Buy Property, or paying off the Equity Loan (or part of it) against the property.

Please let me know your provider's valuation requirements and details about the property and I will provide a fixed fee quotation to provide a Help to Buy Valuation.
