A comprehensive review of a building or buildings, providing a list of repairs and maintenance that are needed now and in future, generally within 5 years. These works are prioritised with indicative timings for the works given. Budget costs can also be provided for information. This survey can be tailored to meet your needs.
If you have a single issue affecting your property that you would like to find the cause of and an appropriate solution then a specific defect analysis may be appropriate.
