Prices start from £200 (No VAT Payable). Dependent on the size, type, age and condition of the property, which I will assess before providing you with a quotation.

Red Book Valuations is a generic term used to cover valuations that comply with the 'RICS Valuation - Global Standards', historically these standards have been detailed in a book which is red.

Red Book Valuations may include: Help to Buy Valuations, Probate Valuations, Charities Act Valuations and Capital Gains Tax among others.
